1. Custom & Private Label Orders
Because all our products (custom PVC patches, goalkeeper gloves, and sportswear) are manufactured to order with your exact branding, dimensions, and specifications, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges for change of mind.
2. Pre-Production Approvals
To ensure total accuracy, we provide digital mockups, tech packs, or physical pre-production samples (where applicable) before bulk manufacturing begins. Production starts only after your final approval.
3. Manufacturing Defects & Errors
We stand strictly by our craftsmanship. If your received shipment contains structural manufacturing defects, or if the delivered items significantly deviate from your approved tech pack/specifications:
- Notify us via our contact page or direct email within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide clear photos or video evidence showcasing the issue.
- Upon verification, we will arrange a reprint, remake, or appropriate financial resolution for the affected items.
4. Shipping Damage
If your package arrives heavily damaged due to transit, please document the condition of both the outer carton and internal items with photos immediately and contact our logistics team.
